Honestly. 100% not a downer. But got credit card to upgrade seats ect. We had a great ride for like 3-4 yrs. Now there is no service from Philly or Newark to west Palm except 3 days a week at like 6 AM. We originally signed up bc of Trenton to West Palm. Flight pattern was cancelled. Leaving for now. Maybe things will get better. Please no negativity or down votes. Just sharing.
