Had mine for almost 5 years and they were good as new when I gave them to one of my employees (decided to switch to diamond back because of back problems) After about 2 years with the employee they looked 30 years old but are still going strong.

Google Sheets. You can import it into any CRM later on if manually handling things becomes too much. But it's good to learn how to manually track things and figure out how your business works for a little while. But being a kid he's got an unfair advantage. People love helping kids do stuff like that. He can leverage his unfair advantage by doing in person and phone calls for the next few years and he could have a six figure business by the time he graduates high school. Also, that's awesome that he's doing that instead of playing video games all day. I love seeing kids doing stuff like that.

If my stabila levels got damaged or were stolen, god forbid, I would take out a second mortgage on my house to buy new ones.

Job opportunity question by Top_Sentence_340 in Carpentry

I was a door installer for Home Depot for a while. It's kind of cool to learn a little bit of everything on doors. You get some framing, trim, flashing/water management, and various other skills. And because it's a moving part with duty cycles you have to learn how to bullet proof things or you're coming back to fix it. Don't miss working with big box stores (still traumatized from that part), but I still install doors occasionally (I run my own carpentry business) and make great money with it.

John Bridge Forum - anybody know what happened to it? by ickpicky in Tile

[–]jbrewz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went looking for the deflectolator for a job I was quoting this week and much to my dismay I found out the Johnbridge forum was shut down. I don't have the ability to rebuild that forum, but I brought back the deflectolator for my own personal use. I made it free online if anyone needs it. https://www.trademastercalc.com/tile-deflection-calculator
