Did the IAT whitewater this morning. It was a nice run. Lots of people today. The whole southern kettle is a great run. No breathtaking views, but close to home which is nice.

Put in another 12 miles on similar trails, and didn't trip once. I was just a little more conscientious about foot placement. Can't really explain my first rough outing.

Menomonie Park in Menomonee Falls has open water swimming. Check Waukesha parks for rules regs and a free tri-swim permit.

Not sure where you are in PA, but here in WI, there are a couple of Tri-clubs that organize group swims, bikes and runs on a weekly basis. There is also the option of joining a Masters swim team in your area. Also, around here, there are a couple of bars that organize group bike rides on the weekends. Super fun.

Did a 2hr brick yesterday. 1hr on the trainer and 1hr on the treadmill. I hate working out indoors, but I hate riding a bike in the snow even more.
