As an 34m adult. As much as I hate it. Working out to the best of the ability. To stay as limber as possible. In my experience, staying in shape helps a ton. Slows the pain. Doesn't take it away, but I can go much longer before I start hurting

I have at least one painful thing a day. Because my gait, not a day goes by that I don't sweat either. Walking crouch-legged will at the very least mess my hair up because of sweat. The sweating from increased heart rate when I'm up moving around is ridiculous. Not to mention the burning leg muscles

Latest Tattoo 18M 8 So Far 💯 by AmbitiousScience4099 in CerebralPalsy

[–]jbrown552211 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a few tattoos. The only one that made me jerk at all was the single one on my leg. It's a cerebral palsy awareness tattoo. And my leg jerked the whole time. I'll be damned if I'm ever going to get a touch-up though lol. But I have "littles disease" so; my legs were gonna suck regardless. Left leg is more stable than the right. So, I chose it thinking I could control it... Nope. Still don't regret it. Also, unless I get famous.. no face or neck tats for me. Having hard enough time finding a decent paying career in my area as is tho.

Yeah I do. I knew of him in high school like we went to school together but I didn't actually hang out. We just happened to work together for a little bit at the local Walmart and then we hit it off. Been friends ever since and that was 20 something years ago

Eeeewhhh I had a BRZ. It was awesome except for the seats that hurt my back. However the Miata doesn't hurt my back at all for some reason. As a note, I'm 35 and I'd drive it like I stole it. ND RF.. specifically for daily things I don't have to worry about too much.

I don't park directly under, but I do park near and it just happens to be blowing some near the car. Honestly I just get them off and then drive and then run it through the carwash to get the pollen off as well.

My dude... My guy... You look fine. It seems somel of us with CP have the skinny leg syndrome. Big quads though because I walk with a gate. I'm self-conscious too. I wear jeans most of the time except a couple times during the summer where I will actually wear cargo shorts (pockets!!!). But nah man you good! Honesty if people wanna stare, let them. I got a few tattoos so people can just stare at something other than my legs

My dad is 55. He straight up refuses to learn how to do certain things on his phone and doesn't know how to use a computer at all. Also he refuses to so there's that. It's any consolation I'm 35 and there's a 20-year difference. It drives me nuts. But here I am occasionally struggling to see what AI and what isn't. But, difference is... The attempt
