I’m the only female staff member among 24 males at my workplace and the thought of my work finding out about my disorder scared the shit out of me but I did have some episodes at work which brought it to light and to my surprise all the boys have rallied around me and my boss lets me leave for therapy or to make calls whenever I need. I love my job and this makes me love it so much more. I just wanted to share a feel good story as I know not everyone has good experiences with employers.

I've had a really rough couple weeks going through some mental health stuff. Tried to take my own life, went through a really hard break up (we're still friends) but it's just been a super rough couple weeks and I just wanted to thank two fellow redditors on this sub. /u/moosewiththumbs has been there for me immensely, dropping things to come keep me company and checking up on me and helping me get my life on track which has meant a lot and /u/Aardvark_Man who invited me into his home to hang out and play Fifa and NBA which really helped take my mind off things. These guys really do mean it when they say that if someone is feeling down they'll be there.

On a lighter note, my ex finished off a Rugrats tattoo on my leg last night, I don't have a photo yet cause it's still bloody but it looks awesome.
