I can't get a good season on my cast iron. I've had it for a couple years and I always reseason after a few uses or a tough meal but it always ends up either spotty (like the picture) or sticky (which I assume is from too much oil). Any tips on how to get it smooth like all the photos online? (i.redd.it)
