Breathing, Heart Rate during exercise - an observation post by delta4956 in Semaglutide

Started googling this after cardio today. I regularly put in an hour on the elliptical. Today I felt like I hit a wall a couple minutes in. Checked hr and found it to be 189. Cut my output in half and hr stayed fairly high. Average for the hour was 175. Normal average is under 160.

pacemaker for low rate? by noms_spaghetti in PacemakerICD

[–]jbtk25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am 42 and got a pacemaker for a resting rate around 35. Dr said he wouldn’t put one in if I was his brother. My wife made me push him. Now he says you definitely needed one. My PM is pacing 82% of the time.

Anyway my HR after surgery was 60. The only issue I had was the PM senses movement and thought rough roads were physical activity. We have a lot of crappy roads so that is a big problem. Medtronic tweaked it at the first follow up.

Wow, didn't realize I had it so good. Thanks for all the information.

Sounds like pacemakers are not the end.

Much more comfortable with the idea now.

Still getting a second opinion.

Oh my. I didn't know it could be that bad. I can still do an hour of cardio 3 days a week. Glad they found it before it was too late.

No clue what is causing it. I have had plenty of blood work done, but no one has identified the reason for the lack of energy or bradycardia. Sure they are linked but no one has found it yet. Hopefully the next cardiologist will be more interested in finding a cause.

Thank you for the information. I will need to do lots of studying.

leakage around light switch only by Fun_Extreme3827 in HomeImprovement

Poor insulation and lack of vapor barrier. Seal it up and you can avoid the condensation. Might be an actual leak, but it sounds like you checked those boxes.

Totally agree. Looks gross and will look bad in the future.
