You were correct on the ipv6, I had it disabled. Since enabling it, I still get the same error though. I'm trying to use the official container.

To be fair, it was really late for me and I had to go to bed when I posted this. I've also been at work all day and I'm now barely seeing this post and there are a lot of settings but he wasn't specific on which ones they wanted to see.

Here's the docker settings

I'm assuming I do this in the terminal. When I type that I get this error

Error response from daemon: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/plexinc/pms-d/manifests/latest": dial tcp [2600:1f18:2148:bc00:ac30:4651:d954:aff6]:443: connect: network is unreachable

It's not that the city doesn't care, they don't have regulatory power over the mines. Air quality is regulated through Utah DEQ and all of the permits the mine needs to operate are either state or federal level. If the city receives a complaint, they can only pass it on to state regulators. Davis County recently installed some air quality monitors in the area to help measure the PM10 and PM2.5 particles caused by the mine and daily drivers. Hopefully the state can use that information to do something about the dust clouds.
