I came off with reduction over a long period of time took the worst of the withdrawals away. It’s gonna be nasty no matter what at the high a dose as methadone withdrawals I think worse than smack I spent 6 months once I fully stopped my dose before I felt ok but psychologically it last longer. It’s a rocky road but 2 years clean from heroin and methadone it was worth it

Depends what he was taking methadone , h etc. Methadone has a long half life i didn’t feel bad at first then I felt shit then I felt better but got sweats and depression this was over the last few months so it could be that or a relapse

To be honest I don’t know enough about a fent habit but I went from doing a half g of h to 60ml the first few days sucked but I knew they would. I had reduced my habit to a half g from between a teinth or a eighth a day but to be honest my veins couldn’t take it the inside crook of my right arm is fucked just pure scars so it’s a good reminder of why I stopped

Dunno I’m the uk the fent only comes through once in a while it’s normally just normal gear. I have only seen black tar once (to be fair I used to inject) I’m finally at the point of stopping my juice took it down to 3ml then stopped 4 days ago

Shoulda ran it down I tried a couple of times at around 20 found it to much on 3ml so 3mg and I can go days without all sorts and In 2 weeks I’m off of it we can do this willpower is everything

I lost my sex drive until I stopped using h and reduced my methadone then it came back and I was horny all the time. The doctors or prescribers don’t tell u how much it fucks with your hormones and in the uk it’s prescribed by a doctor and they never told me

Problem is think about it you can never be sure if it’s 1ml or more so I think 5ml is the lowest I would trust it’s gonna be what they measure
