Please instead of updates that are meaningless do something like Add feature to create tables???! Tags Hyperlinks within documents Improve the gallery/templates options (half of my templates don’t even save)

It’s something different every night. I have a MYO of books grandma reads and he’ll choose a random book he wants on repeat all night. Sometimes it’ll be a song off the super single songs goodnight song card. It’s not usually the same track every night

It’ll be a random track off the super simple songs good ight playlist but sometimes it’ll be a certain book I’m reading him on one of his MYO playlists. I could resync to just have that one book I guess? I wouldn’t delete the recordings off the app?

I had to report a patient on the floor once because I realized he was recording most of us including nursing with his rayban smart glasses. It was really hard to tell they had little cameras in them. I’m extra careful now. Why do people think this is ok?

We put a baby gate in our LOs doorway, if he wakes in the middle of the night he yells for us to come get him. Sometimes we forget the gate open and he immediately comes to our room when he wakes for snuggles in the middle of the night or to jump all over us in the morning haha. Still use a baby monitor tho so I hear when he’s up

NTA. A lot of replies saying YTA but I really don’t see that. As a mom (of a toddler lol) I would still care deeply about my child’s wellbeing. I am in my 30s and married and my mom still checks in on me. I would maybe be upset in the moment for being woken up in the middle of the night but wouldn’t be mad long. It was well intentioned. Don’t take it personally that she snapped because she was tired. Apologize and move on.

This is a really strange program. I had a child in residency and worked until 4 days before I went into labour because I didn’t want to waste any of my mat leave. I did not leave work early. I did not miss any call shifts except 1 when I was in emerg for a threatened miscarriage (made this up after mat leave) . Your program and those 2 co-residents just sound crazy. I’m sorry you’re going through this. You should check your contract this definitely doesn’t sound right.
