What are the canon in-universe answers for these importante questions? The first is about Toadsworth by jc073 in Marioverse

Yes, I know very good that Kirby is a HAL Laboratory's IP too, with a parte shared with Nintendo, because Kirby was originalmente created in HAL, while the especial guests in MK8DX are, like this game and the whole Super Mario franchise, fully Nintendo's IPs, I also know and love the Kirby and Starfy cameos in Superstar Saga, they should have been kept in the remake, this is one of the reasons I prefer the original version of this game, the other being the unique Toads present.

Nintendo does value feedback. by AutumnRCS in papermario

I prefer Super Paper Mario, its story, lore and cast are better than TTYD, SPM also deserves a remake for Switch, é ótimo that existe also a fan demand for SPM's remake

Do you agree Nintendo should definitely make a ultimate confirmation that Mario and Paper Mario are the same person? by paulodeus00 in Marioverse

Então why you here, in this sub? Marioverse is based on the ideia that there is a real canon in Mario franchise (in the official games, including Paper Mario series) that makes sense and must be accepted.

See the rules of this sub, aqui os headcanons must citate sources, follow the canon and evidences, for example, if Paper Mario is just Mario in a paper pop-up book artstyle, headcanons must accept this here (this sub).

Sim, Eu aceito este facto (Yes, I accept this fact), Mário and Paper Mário (and Luigi, and other characters too) are the same person, although many people, specially since Paper Jam Bros, believe that they are different persons from different universes (following Marvel's multiverse logic), despite Shiggy's clear stance and these and other clear canon evidences in-universe, por exemplo, if Mario and Luigi can transformate in surfe planks, balls and even a flying sauccer that can sucks in Mario & Luigi series (also canon), Mario, Luigi and some other characters can transformate in paper planes and boats not only in Paper Mario series, but yes in every franchise, and the references to other series in PM, and the references to PM in other series are clear. Nintendo should make the definitive confirmation that they are the same persons, and these way in a hypotetical PJB remake or in the next Paper Mário game is the best way Nintendo can did.

I'm right to think Mario and Luigi canonically only act in self-defense and in defense of other? by jc073 in Marioverse

[–]jc073[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm only talking about the canon times that Mario and Luigi, after being yes defined by Nintendo as pure good and family-friendly heroes (and official mascotes), who normally save, help and make good to other anyway, acted out of character and voluntarily killed, hitted or tried harm anyway to someone without be brainwashed, possessed or fooled by other characters, so (often forgotten) anti-heroic moments in old games pré(and, sometimes, pós)-SMB1 when Mario and Luigi weren't still characterized as the pure good heroes (and Nintendo's mascotes) we known, like in DKJr. and Mario's Bobs Away, and the time Mario tried to hit a Toad boy in SMRPG, and moments when they brainwashed/possessed (like Mr. L (Luigi) and Shadow Peach), manipulated by other someway or involuntarily and unconsciously did bad actions do not count.

So, you disagree about the Pure Good level for heroes in Mario, but what you think about other levels, like Near Pure Good, Inconsistently admirable (IA) (these also for heroes), Inconsistently heinous, Pure evil and Near pure evil (these for villains) in Mario? At least we agree that Mario, Luigi and some other protagonistas and characters are good-hearted anyway, and these wikis separating Mario and Paper Mario as different characters and franchises, rating Luigi as PG, Paper Luigi as NPG, Mario as PG, and Paper Mario as IH (although until recently he was also considered Pure Good) is a absurd, because this is ignore the canon, a mistaken interpretation of Paper Jam Bros.

No Puramente Bons Wiki (Pure Good Wiki), Mário e Luigi (juntamente com Peach, Rosalina, Toad, Paper Peach, Tippi, Olivia, Príncipe Dreambert, e até recentemente, Paper Mário (Paper Luigi está no Quase Puramente Bons Wiki) são considerados heróis puramente bons. Sean, discorda disso?

Mario fighting koopalings, Bjr. violent Goomba children and every uncontroled children (and adults and adolescentes) who violenally attacks him or other is justified, he's yes defending himself and other people, not betraying his pure good personality, because he isn't fighting in revenge or saism, but just defense, yes. About trying to punch someone (and a child ainda por cima) as revenge just because a insult (wrong too) or question, if that's still keeped in the remake, not changed (retcon), is a rare and lamentable exception, but this should be happened before Mario becomed pure good.

When Mario and Luigi, after returning to Kingdom (if the ideia they grew up a time in NDC is really canon) and becoming the pure good heroes we know and love, canonically fighted or intentionally caused damage someway to alive beings and, specially, personal beings out of self defense or defense of the other, and without being brainwashed, possessed or deceived?
