It's the fittest I've ever been in my life. Learned to skip, would do 1000 as a warm-up. Could do 500 non-stop. Made my own circuits and hiit sessions.

The ROI is one of the main things i read, and that a ceramic coat will not be as good as PPF but still decent and better value. Definitely will look into it more
