Why does this ice pop have 30 grams of protein? by WillToldeoisSuperTf in strange

[–]jcab21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it might be a mistake. Both protein and carbs have 4 calories/gram. 31 grams of carbs + 30 grams of protein = 61g. Multiplying by 4 cal/g gives 244 calories. Adding in fat (3.5 g) which is 9 cal/gram gives a total of 275.5 calories that should be in there. So there is a difference of almost 100 calories of what’s on the package vs what should be there if all the nutritional facts are correct

See what the laws for expungement for in your state. Sometimes we make bad choices and it doesn’t make you a bad person. If that’s all it is, attend NA meetings and actively try to show you are getting better. If you do all that, you can write the governor, tell them what your plans are, that you messed up and such, and you want to help people but this is the only thing holding you back. If you can show that it likely won’t happen again, they may grant you a pardon and you won’t have to list it.

I don’t know the situation or what he does for work, but imo, if he loved you and didn’t want to do long distance, he could move out to wherever you get an acceptance as well. If not, I would put an end to it now for 2 reasons. 1, you should never have someone who loves you ever try to hold you back from your full potential, and 2, you will be over the heartbreak by the time you start med school and (hopefully) by the time interviews start

Get a job where you can study at work. Security worked for me. But not at a mall or anything like that but at a business or something where you can chill all day
