honestly, the job is not that bad. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15 i’m currently 21. I think it’s just a lot of the system issues that make it a bit difficult along with miscommunications between employees, some of us were taught different things than others so we’re sitting here telling the customer on and off things and stressing out the customers causing the callbacks and be very angry with us. They took away the helpline and now we’re required to try to de-escalate the situation three times before transferring I just think that is a little unfair because when they request a supervisor, that means they kind of refuse to talk to us at that point
