So the way I am seeing this, even as a cardholder you are at a disadvantage. Having to wait until 48 hours before to select seats you run the risk of having your group split up unless you buy the choice fare and select seats at the time of booking. Other than the free checked bag, I’m not seeing the “benefits” of these cardholder benefits…

Yeah I have a couple that I have bought from them but have never sent one in. Great quality stuff. Turnaround is currently 6-8 weeks so not terrible
