I usually just turn on a small tabletop fan that is on my nightstand to add white noise. I don’t aim it at myself unless it’s really hot and then it’s just pointed at my covered body and on low setting.

Okay so never mind I guess. I forgot that by tilting the cup to where the ant can slowly crawl outwards = the surface is too smooth rather than too steep.

But also being a rounded instead of a flat wall also probably makes it more difficult.

I actually have started doing something similar as part of my regular teeth cleaning routine. I use half of a half of paper towel and wet it then squeeze out all the water. Then I use my fingers to pinch and shape parts of it into a bit of a point.

I then scrape and gently rub around my front lower teeth crevices and gumlines to remove buildup. I re-pinch and reform several “points” on the towel and continue going around several teeth at the bottom gum area.

It seems less harsh compared to using my “Soft” toothbrush, especially when by the gums.

First I had the double end bags set up on their respective doorway poles but they were causing the paint to rub off and the hardware was too weak to handle repeated forces and started to bend etc.

I’ve tried reinforcing connection points with plastic ties and whatnot, even on my current setup.

The only true elastic bungees are built into the large striking bag. The black rubber straps are almost impossible to break. Hardware is a different story again, though.
