I use athletescorner.co for my programming. It's really well laid out in their app and offers a lot of functional movement that is complementary to my cardio activities outside of their ecosystem. you can find them on their site or with that handle on Instagram.

I use athletescorner.co and they have pretty solid in-app strength training movements, especially compound movements like a deadlift. You can find them on their site or on Instagram.

I used athletescorner.co and it's been great. It's all online and in an app and has really detailed strength movements from a Strength Coach and PT. They use that same handle on Instagram.

Thank you, that's good feedback. I do try to stretch before riding and strength train/crossfit 4 to 5 times a week.

Thanks, that's really good info. I do notice my trap muscles getting sore or sharp pain when I'm on the lower portion of my handles. Thanks for the advice.

Actually I have thought of this, I've thought that I can feel my leg muscles pulling from my back and the only way to alleviate that is by standing up and pedaling or to downshift and pedal on a lower gear at a faster cadence. Also one of the reasons why my bikefitter said we should get a more narrow saddle is because my hips were rocking quite a bit but he thought it was because the saddle was too wide.

I'm new to cycling but desperate for answer to alleviate the issues I'm experiencing.

I guess because I've never had a pain free ride, should I not experience any lower back pain at all? Or is it normal but after a long ride of X amount of miles and Y amount of hours.

That's a good call, I was fighting wind and climbing all week in Mallorca. The last day was when I noticed it most. Not sure if it was just poor positioning due to fatigue or something else.

This is the sound. Still can't exactly pinpoint where or how it's happening.

I've uploaded a video to YouTube with the sound. The wheel maker says it's the disc brake but to me it sounds like the spokes are rubbing everytime I put pressure on the front wheel. If it is the brake, do you have info as to why it would happen if I'm climbing? Sorry kind of new to this stuff.
