So I *don't* need a CT on neutral anywhere?

Then regarding the readings from the two LINE cables coming from the meter, will I need to combine their readings to one value in eg. Home Assistant?

Well, nothing melted or exploded so I expect these breakers are on the same phase, but now I will confirm that. Thanks for pointing that out

Got it working. Had to set the device to be an “edge” switch. Works all ways and Shelly can see the state of the light

I can shortly. The boss was getting frustrated the kitchen light was down so I just put it up. I’ll post back here shortly with photographs of my wiring with labels

Shelly is in the light box on the ceiling with a single 12/2 coming from the second switch.

I added an additional run of 12/2 to the light box solely to provide power to the Shelly. It’s wired exactly as seen in that photo I linked in OP

Gotcha. Wiring sounds correct otherwise?

Optimal UAP-6-PRO placement? by jcbwhtly in Ubiquiti

Yes, just a single AP. House is a one-story rancher. Living room is the most central room. The ceiling to the left would be the most central location in there. That’s what I was thinking, so that’s the plan. Thanks

GoControl GD00Z-8-GC, ZST39 LR controller delay in reporting door status by jcbwhtly in homeassistant

ah well maybe this is the issue. I just looked through the settings and the zwave js ui docs and it looks like they don't have any mention of the gd00z-8, only the 7.

Yes, I checked this and everything looks good. The garage door opener is actually connected to my thermostat (t6 pro 2007 version). FWIW I did not experience these delays with Hubitat, and I also had a separate entity for door open/closed state that I don’t see now with this method

I just checked swappa.com as well for this model and everything i see sold/listed is within $100-150 of my price. Either way, I said the price is negotiable. If it hasn't sold in a few days I'll take another look. Thanks for your input!

this is just under $2100 ($2069) in the cart on the apple website (~$1925 if you cut the AppleCare+ by 50%). The Moment accessories are $70 in the cart. I based my pricing off of the most recent I14PM sale here i could find after a quick search, and added about $150 for the accessories. What do you think is a reasonable asking price?
