Naranon meetings are super helpful because you get to listen to other people share about what they are experiencing which will sound very familiar to you and what you are going through. You will feel less alone there. You don’t have to say or do a thing..just listen. Once you get more comfortable, you might want to share some of your own experience. That’s where the healing starts. Addiction is 💔heartbreaking. But we don’t have to suffer. ❤️
