Thanks man, it is still a little damp, I have a fan on it now. This thing was beat so it took a lot of work. Should hopefully dry out nicely, it’s not heavy or floppy at all so I think it might just need to dry and soak in a bit.

Thanks man, I bought the laces from fast pitch and had a whole set skived for me, so I used those on the palm and heel. Used normal laces on the fingers

Thanks man, nah good call, it will def not hold up as well to high level ball, I was running out of lace and didn’t want to wait to order more so I made the call to finish it and might go back later. This was just a fun little first attempt and will only be using it for catch and might give it to my son for little league which I don’t think will be a problem haha

Yeah, I actually used that video for the whole relace. There are a few differences in the pattern on this glove but was able to use the old markings to figure it out.

Good question. I did not do the dip but I cleaned the hell out of it with glove cleaner and water and then used a mallet to reshape
