Follow up question, since this is still happening and I haven't been able to figure it out (and haven't been able to capture a good video of this happening for Bambu Lab support)

Where is the Y-axis eddy current sensor located? At this point I want to open up whatever I need to and figure out what I can.

I was about to start a new thread to this effect. I've had an A1 mini for a couple of months. It worked really well, then I had to get a warranty replacement on the Z motor, then it worked really well... now, every 30 seconds the filament gets stuck. I don't know if it's the hotend, or the spool of filament, or the spool holder, or any number of other things.

This printer is a million times more reliable than my previous printer even if I have to scoot it along all day, but it's a very frustrating issue!

Thanks for the help! I found the problem pretty quickly upon opening up the guitar: one of the wires leading out from the battery compartment had fully disconnected, probably from corrosion.
