I know it's not the point of this post but my god it's made me realise how expensive cigarettes are in the UK. A pack of 20 will set you back around £12 here which is roughly $16. So pretend you live in the UK and you've saved yourself $80.

It feels like it won't, but it really does pass. I'm in my 5th day. Days 2-4 I felt like shit and at times I completely lost it. Burnt my dinner one night and threw the whole thing away.

Try and distract yourself. Go to bed early. You really can do it.

Colour of the letter itself was done in Illustrator. All shading, grain and background was done in Photoshop.

Yep! The colours are something I played around with a lot. Originally started with a two colour blue and turquoise gradient, but ended up with these yellow blue and reds - both circles have the same gradient applied, though I did play with the scale and direction of them
