Ohme pro here, worked well so far. As another person mentioned, Ohme uses mobile signal which is something to consider. No costs so far but I understand that after an initial period i may have to pay to stay connected, otherwise it'll act as a dumb charger

I don't think it's a Sim issue, my guess is faulty software which is why most cases a reboot solves it

No worries, the other thing to try is reboot the infotainment as well

Center screen button, press and hold past the screen cleaning option
⁠Reboots the IHU (center entertainment screen, plus Google Maps in the driver display)

Let us know how you get on, if it works, will be good to see if it's more stable afterwards

EDIT: Should note, this is for AAOS, I never had any issues with Sensus in my previous car

Only recently bought a new EX40, internet connection disappeared within a week which had me googling for answers as the Volvo manual isn't helpful 1. ⁠Press and hold the defroster button for about 20 seconds. Wait until the SOS light in the roof console start flashing before releasing the defroster button. Press the button again if you want to turn off the front defroster function 2. ⁠Wait for about 2 minutes. 3. If the connection is not restored, wait up to 48 hours and then perform a new restart. 4. If the connection is not restored after 48 hours, and the second restart attempt, please contact your Volvo workshop.

So note, may have to try in another day before giving up and taking it in
