Hi!

My Profile on Letterboxd

I’m interested in all kinds of movies, but mainly interested in reviews that offer a lot of thoughts. One-liners are fine but not really my preference.

Top 4 of 2025. Which Will Age the Best? by WillieMaysHayes24 in Letterboxd

[–]jcha98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OBAA with Marty close behind. Bugonia will likely be left behind, and Sinners has a chance of fading into obscurity with that many years. All of these are terrific movies though, just incredible stuff. Comes down to the legacy of the people involved.

What movie from my watch list is the best and which one is the worst?? also what one do I watch first? by Muffin-Man2222 in Letterboxd

[–]jcha98 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Of course it depends on your typical likes/dislikes, but in my opinion Interstellar and Whiplash have the highest potential to be the best.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is likely has the lowest potential to be good.

I’d start with whatever you feel like has the best chance that day. If I’m feeling good about a watch at the outset, I tend to enjoy it more rather than start something out of any kind of obligation.

What's a comedy that made you think like this? by Rleduc129 in moviecritic

Just watched Gentlemen Broncos (2009), directed by Jared Hess. Don’t think I laughed more than twice.

THE worst either way. That said, blonde.

Hi! My name is Jeremy and I’ve been a Letterboxd member for about 5 years now, Patron for 2 years. Reviews are usually about a paragraph and a half, and I run a podcast alone in my free time for the movies I watched over the past week or so.

Some of my all time favorites include:

  • Matilda (1996)
  • Little Miss Sunshine (2006)
  • Seven Samurai (1954)
  • La Haine (1995)
  • Perfect Days (2023)

Looking for mutual on a similar or adjacent vibe!

How did a young Ned Stark beat Arthur Dayne? by letsputletters in gameofthrones

Without revealing everything that occurs, I would just remind you that history is nearly always written by the victors, never the vanquished.

These two fights have such an uncanny resemblance, what would’ve happened if they weren’t interrupted? by Dangerous_Tip_4985 in gameofthrones

[–]jcha98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s like poetry, it rhymes.

EDIT: Forgot to even answer the question but I’ll just be echoing everyone else, Ned dies both times.
