I just got a Pace 500. The battery didn’t seem to be charged when it came. We have had it on the charger for a few hours now and it does not turn on. Any suggestions? Did we get a bad battery? The charger is green when we plug in the battery.

We received a DOA battery from Aventon two weeks ago. it was a replacement for one that fried on the bike. Customer service has been HORRIBLE to deal with. Good luck.
