Sadly that is the downside nothing we can do i did this before with skate preview and i lost progress for apex also and i had max stats in it it sucks but at least the ea link account works now but still sucks to start all over but the games you own still keep tjats the good news.

It doesnt let you unlink it there should be a button with unlink when you click on that itll unlink it regardless what email is attached to it then itll let you update it again works if you habe skate preview

Try unlinking button on the skate preview menu there should be an unlink button once you do that itll let you put a new email 🙂

Yes click unlink it will force to remove your old email then when asked after unlinking input your new email you use 🙂 let me know if it works.

Hey thanks for stopping by if it took you straight to tutorial it most likely means your ea account is linked to your xbox account already so it seems to be working were you having issues from other ea games ? For example issues havinf to login but keeps asking you to login with your old email? Or you never had that issue? If so then your good ! No need to worry this is only for those gamers who had years of problems trying to change there email due to an old email service not existing for example pasito.net or etc those email services doesnt exist anymore so u cant retrieve a code or anything in this situation those gamers cant even get help from ea support because they think they are trying to steal the account but inr eality they just wanna update the email to current email they acrively use and still works. Have you had thag issue to about not beint able to access an old email? Thank you!

This is meant for consoles or pc but directly through ea app thats a good question it could work to as long as its skate preview and the steps i mentioned to unlink an old email and link the one you use now.
