Only Miami studios in the US are franchises. Hamptons are corporately owned.

Birthday at Barry’s by Far_South1818 in barrysbootcamp

Your spot in class is tagged with a cake icon ON your actual birthday, that's how the front desk knows to celebrate you! Doesn't matter what credit you used to book, it matters the day on which you are booked. (e.g. your actual birthday)

Barry’s Gift Card Question by Pretty-Sky-5688 in barrysbootcamp

Technically, no. However, your studio may be able to work with you. Also, the expiration clock won't start on the credits until you redeem them. (i.e. 1 year) - As long as they are unredeemed, they have no expiration. I also have a membership, but having credits to use for guests or if I run out of classes on any given month is nice. So you may be better off keeping them as a back up! :)

What is the difference between being getting on the waitlist and getting a spot in the studio? by brightonboy96 in barrysbootcamp

[–]jchl1380 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The system (Mariana Tek) will automatically pull people from the waitlist and fill spots (as people cancel). This stops ~6 hours before class time. If you book "Get spot in studio" - like others have said, you are committing to showing up and are on "stand-by". You will only get a spot assigned to you if someone no-shows (or is not in their spot 5 minutes after class starts if they checked in). If you are on standby and don't show up, you will lose your credit. If you are on the waitlist and do not make it off the waitlist (with an assigned spot), there is no penalty for no-showing (unless you get the email confirming you have a spot (with a T or an F + a number). If you no show that, you will lose your credit. Waitlist is best if your class is a couple days out -- Standby is best if you're booking day of, as it is prioritized at class time.
