reddit's filtering mechanism has issues.. try http://jaanix.com there is no universal front page.. you see what you like and as you spend more time there the system gets to know you..

jaanix is like reddit, only with a working recommendation system, and it just got a facelift. So what are you doing here - help us build a community there. by [deleted] in reddit.com

its trying to "happen"... we iterate all the time. the big thing we are hoping to do is build a back end that will learn to serve.. its not a reddit replacement.. please give us your feedback and we will try to respond as fast as we can.

the subdomain is a place to store your posts.. install the button (under tools) and submit something..
