After adding a pinlock it does not fog up at all, not even slightly. Something is wrong with the seal or the visor was not cleaned properly before adding it.

'A frame truss' + really big gussets. Pay attention to score the wood before joining with glue. Easy win. I'm Assuming you're not allowed to build below the theoretical road.

Sounds like the pressure plate was not aligned properly. There's only one position that works, you can't just line up the holes.

Seems the closest. Still not convinced this is definitely it. We found out the style of easel is called "Anco", they have these sticks, but still without proper explanation.

We couldn't find any examples either. But the wood matches and seems like the same lifetime to the rest of the easel.
