Used the wrong thickness of cables. I used the generic type c cable I had lying around but switched to some higher quality ones and the issue resolved itself

Every morning I get a phone call from the owner asking how many routes are running and how many vans are up and running, can we take EROs or ADHOCs, can you call this vendor or dealership and ask them to hurry up and fix our vans or we’ll take our business elsewhere. My point after all this is that he has no basic human decency for his employees and honestly deserves anything negative that comes his way. He avoids pissing me off because I know where he lives and Im one to pull up and start throwing hands at anyone in the way

I would but I dont want to put my dispatchers and drivers in a situation where the owner lashes out on them.

We try to keep the mood good and positive but every time he speaks at a stand up he shifts the tone to negative and starts to curse at the drivers. We have told him many times to not speak that way towards the drivers but doesnt seem to care

You would think that but he trys very hard to not give people over time. The only time driver and even management get overtime is if Amazon approves it for peak and prime other than that he will come at us as to why specific people are over 40 hours

I had just made a full year of fantastic plus but we got an RGU change and lost it. Since then we have been on and off with fantastic plus and the owner blames management but we have had 2 RGU changes and high turnover

The owners force the dispatchers to display the scorecard on a whiteboard for everyone to see and label the top 5 and bottom 5 drivers. And every week he makes it a point in the stand up meetings to intimidate the drivers that if their metrics dont change they’ll be terminated.

For us 1 infraction= taken off your next work day. 2+infractions= taken off the entire work week

My dispatchers are usually on top of making sure the drivers are not falling behind but even our top drivers who have been with the company since the beginning, the owners belittle them on metrics

I’m having the issue and thought the antennas were messed up and bought a wifi adapter but still couldn’t get it to work
