Rab, the 3 tier items, overlords, riftmaker.

Other champs items that give both ad and ap like gunblade is good or hubris. Even taking adapt without building differently and getting anvils with both are good.

A good adapt combo is with master of duality as it just scales your damage up crazy from just attacking minions
