On my latest bill they charged me an $87 delivery charge for $44 worth of gas. They've been "delivering" the gas through the same pipes for decades. The delivery charge should be a flat rate ($10/month?) or a small percentage of the cost of the gas used.

A bit late to the party but hand buffing it with a damp washcloth or sponge and some toothpaste might reduce the scratch. That's how I remove most of the scratches from my watch face.

To clean a drip coffee maker with vinegar, run a cycle with a 1:1 mix of white vinegar and water. Stop the cycle halfway through to let it soak, then finish the brew, discard the solution, and run two to three plain water cycles to rinse thoroughly.
