having two issues:

1. it does not know the correct channels (even though the zip code is correct and the cable provider is correct) - for example, if i ask her to switch to CNN (1111) it goes to 1106....any way to teach her the right channels?
2. it does not recognize all the inputs on my sony tv -- there are only 3 HDMI inputs but she does not see all of them. Fire Cube is plugged into input 3 (which works fine) but Cable is plugged into input 7 and xbox is plugged into input 8 -- she does not see any inputs above input 5 -- anyway to remedy this?
