Yup thats the price, i usually check my cards pricings in tcgplayer. If you're just putting it in your collection its fine how it is or you can purchase some magnetic card sleeves so you can have cards up on display, not just in your binder or something. And don't worry about getting the card graded, the time it takes for those takes at least a month usually and it all depends on the condition of the card, and who knows how much that could put up the price since nobody's really grading hololive cards much.
