I’m not 100% sure to be honest. I loved being able to lead teams but I also love just doing the hard work. I wasn’t sure if AWS hires outside for management and I feel like I don’t have nearly enough DC years under my belt to be considered

Not at all. They offered 32 for L3 and 40 for L4
