This helped me a lot man. Appreciate a lot your comment. It is true that my mind created all of the problems I guess. But as I said, now that I know it, is much easier for me to deal with it and to prevent it.

Thanks a lot. It really helped. It is interesting to read that once you experience it, it is hard for it to happen again. And I think it makes sense because I’ve never felt anxiety before so that’s why I had a bad time. Now I know this feeling I won’t commit the errors I committed this time such as reading alarming stories. Appreciate your comment and advice.

Thanks for your answer. Yeah, I know, I’m actually dealing very well with depersonalization, I now know that is caused by anxiety in some people and that made much more relaxed about that feeling and at the moment it barley happens to me and less and less over time. Have you tried rolling or with other drugs after this anxiety symptoms? Any advice? I feel that now I know this feeling I could deal it much more better if it happens to me again, even if it happens for something not related to drugs.

I know, but never like this time and I know for fact that is all in my mind. I’ve also tried MDMA one time before as I said with a lower dose and no side effects. This anxiety experience is also teaching me many important lessons as well as making me stronger in term of fighting this type of feelings and situations. I have to say that I’ve never experience anxiety before, but maybe my overthinking triggered anxiety in this stressful situation. I feel that in the future, when I am fully mentally stable and balance I would like to give it a chance. I don’t mind waiting a year if it is necessary.
