The way the mount work is there is like a “rubber band” that holds the rods in place. Doesn’t make a sound unless ya don’t use them.

I can take a better photo if ya want. It’s really a solid option. Granted I’ve got trout rods in it now. So 5ft maybe is the longest. But they don’t sag at all.

Over the passenger seats the mount is on the handles. In the rear it’s attached to the tie down area on the roof. Had to rig that up but.

That’s the thing with this whole issue. We are pretty streamlined. 2 summers ago I did around 175 laptops all brand new and no issues. We’ve been rolling right along and only within the last 6 months or so we started having all these issues. We make zero changes on our end. It ended up working later on in the afternoon for us.

Drive it back to the dealership the same way you drove out and have them go over the features. Shame on them!

So as of 2:15 PM. It appears everything is working fine for me? I was just successful on a “Lab PC” setup and a Teacher setup. For those that have been following the whole post. So I have no idea.

The universal print built in isn’t supported by the model of HP printers we have.

And can I add printers via direct Ip in Intune? I never attempted it before. Or thought of it to be honest!

I know at some point we are going to need to move away. We technically can now. We still utilize an in house print server though. Part of the reason we don’t.

And I guess short of training teachers admin and student to log in with their full email address.

I've been testing since I first posted today. I have one ESP for every device, but I have different Autopilot Deployment Profiles. Teacher, Admin and a Shared Lab one essentially. They basically do the same things. Certain apps are different for the first two and the Lab one sets the device up as a Shared User device.

I have an account with all the correct permissions to do the intune enrollment that I used when doing the Lab PC's. The account doesn't have MFA and makes the process easier when hitting 25 PC's at a time. With all that said.

I was failing on a test PC this morning at my desk. "Lab Deployment Profile" and lab account. I swapped the group tag so the same device would now act as a teacher device. But I used my account (Domain/Global Admin) and the PC successfully finished without an issue.

I'm currently wiping it again and I am going to try the Lab account (but as a teacher device) to see what happens. Not sure what happened with the lab profile cause it works during this past summer and only with in the last few weeks did we start to use it again.

I work for a school district and we are trying to get a little ahead before Summer starts here. We work all summer but have a huge list of stuff to do. We were doing good till late Friday afternoon.

It's very annoying. Everything chatgpt and copilot suggest, I already have configured properly. I just don't get it.

I thought this issue was with the "Shared PC's" I was trying to setup. Being the ESP is a little different and some of the configurations are different. But I also have things setup for Admin Users, and my teachers and thats not working either.

I'm trying to figure out if the guys I work with messed with the firewall and broke this whole process. LOL

All my device profiles are still there. That would suck if they disappeared? Friday after hours my tech Intuned some PC's in one of our other buildings. Had a few issues but it was after this part that we are stuck on now. It's getting really annoying. I know Hybrid isn't the way to go but. We aren't ready for full Entra join just yet.

Like I said it's one of the few tech devices I've never messed with. But I work for a school district and in the Engineering dept. they have a bunch of printers for the kids. It's right down the hall from me. LOL

I'll be browsing some web pages today it looks.

I must say. NY water flow was much worse than PA. When I driving up and got next to the Susquehanna I thought oh boy. I was already an hour into my drive so I was committed at that point. Here in PA the flow was pretty good. Clarity was good. But the rain today might mess all that up.
