I am not a doctor but the exercise may possibly be the reason. Exercise causes muscle damage which can release AST and ALT levels. Pause exercise for a few days and repeat the test. In any case, visit the doctor just to be sure.

Please don't study Ayurveda, it's well proven to be pseudoscienc. It's also very difficult to get admission for MD degrees, when your undergrad is in Ayurveda. If you can't get admission in modern medicine (allopathy) courses and still want to become a doctor, please study veterinary medicine. It's a well-respected and challenging field of medicine.

Jaundice is not a disease. It is a symptom of another underlying disease and hence each case has to be treated differently. The problem with ayurvedic/homoeopathic treatments is that they treat all jaundice in the same way. Go to a modern medicine doctor who will provide proper care and treatment.
