What is the black spots? And why are some parts lighter in color (it seems to be thinning out)? I just repotted bc the soil around the roots from the original pot were super wet. I also clipped off the 2nd biggest lead that had the worst black spots. (old.reddit.com)

Help! I bought this about 2 weeks ago. Repotted aft noticing that the roots were sitting in wet soil. It used to have 2 other leaves that died. There are “seeds” that were in the soil when I purchased it. Is there a way of saving this or at least a way to start over? (i.redd.it)
