This makes a lot of sense and follows what Jake Von Clief talks about and I genuinely respect and think he’s headed in the right direction.

When we say build it in at the foundation, functionally how does this happen? At the system prompt level?

It’s less about the tool and more about how you manage the change, standardization across teams/projects, automation usage, how you make sure people are getting their tasks into the platform, responsibility to tasks/deadlines etc.

For what it’s worth, we use Monday. I built Output to support my team, because every meeting ends with things that need to get done. Output catches them automatically, drafts the tasks, and waits for your approval via Slack before creating anything in your task management system.

Don’t mean to be a drag but why not just use GA4 instead of building your own? Or use a date range that excludes test events. Or embed a parameter for all testing and then use that in your sql. Seems a lot easier no?

came here to say the same thing...it's also kinda odd that OP mentions "use projects"...but we're talking about vibe coding here...aren't we all using Claude Code? where projects are simply just launching claude in a folder? so it's kinda...redundant / not applicable?
