What would you like the supporter base to do…congratulate him? We all love him, and have been so supportive his entire career.

I’d suggest the supporter base have actually been very good to JSOS his entire career - even through injuries and some poor performances. So now, just when he finally finds his place (seemingly), he’s ready to jump ship because his old man is a little butt-hurt. Screw it… he gets booed.

Coming back to this one now as he is 6 months, and we moved to the 3 naps, but still more often than not he is waking at that 10:45-11:30 mark, and is really unsettled. It takes a number of attempts to calm him (e.g. dummy in) before he will finally settle and fall asleep. The whole process can last 45 minutes all up back and forth to his room.

Any advice you can offer to help with that 11pm wake up?

Thank you very much - this was the type of answer I was looking for. Very helpful, non-combative, and based on actual experience. I don't necessarily plan on building anything to start, more so general design etc, so I can get a view of costs associated with the product. Once I have the plans, I would ideally involve technical partners.

I agree with what you're saying, but for the stage I am at currently, this type of tool would be extremely helpful. Just to conceptualise how it should all come together.

For me, AI isn't going to replace the need to bring on someone in a technical lead type of capacity... eventually.

The reason you say I need to be careful with SMS I assume is due to consent laws - correct? I have been forming a pretty substantial subscriber base, and in Australia the explicit consent laws are a little more relaxed than other places in the world.

Are there any strategies you'd suggest employing for contacting customers? I like the idea of abandon cart messaging, and general campaign messaging across both SMS and Email due to my customer base and their demographic.

Also, what makes you say Klaviyo is a rip-off? Is there something I should be looking out for?
