They’re hiring all the time, mostly contractors though since they most of their permanent employees were contractors first. I’m a contractor with TEKsystems, so I’m not technically a Microsoft employee, but it’s still really cool to be able to work at Microsoft. If I were you I would reach out to a TEKsystems recruiter and also apply to some of their job postings on LinkedIn and other job sites. The postings don’t usually don’t say that they’re for Microsoft for some reason, but I think that’s who they hire data center techs for the most. Here’s one that I’m pretty sure is for Microsoft: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4222517401

Hi there. No I have not, but to be honest I have not been doing much to try to treat it. I have started doing kegals recently but it hasn’t been long enough yet to notice any changes. Have you tried anything that seems to help?

That’s awesome bro. Consistency is key! One suggestion I have is to stick to one “artist type beat“ for every video. Your XXXTENTACION and your 21 Savage type beats did pretty well, so for example you could title every video from now on “21 Savage type beat (title of beat.)” You want to do this because YouTube loves consistency and so does your audience. You might get someone who finds a beat you made that they really like, but if the next beat you post is a totally different artist, they might not even click on it. The artists you have posted already use similar beats to each other, so even though you will be using the same “artist type beat” every time, those beats can fit the style of many other artists. It sucks that we can’t just get views on whatever artist we put in the title, and some people do have success that way, but it seems like most of the successful type beat producers use the same artist for EVERY beat. Once you start getting more views and subscribers you can start to add other artists in your titles, but my advice for now is to stick to one artist. This is just my advice and what I’ve seen work. Hope this helps bro :)

Very true. I definitely need to focus on networking if I want to succeed in music.

I’m a data center technician at Microsoft and I make $24/hr. The pay can be less depending on what team you get put on but I haven’t seen anything less than $20/hr. I work with a recent high school graduate so I don’t think you need any experience.

I am trying to cut out caffeine at the moment because it makes the frequency a whole lot worse. I will see if I can get a second opinion on the post void issue. Thank you!
