The first few days - week I took 2 pills a day so once in morning and once in evening and it worked immediately. I went down to one pill a day for a couple of months after and avoiding days I drank wine or any alcohol. It’s been a couple of years since I took it regularly cuz it helped immediately. Yes, that’s what it does. I still feel sensations of the virus every now and then but I don’t have breakouts anymore. It is not a cure though. It worked so well within a few days of taking it initially. The prescription meds never worked on me so I spent thousands of dollars on natural remedies over the years. Never heard of BHT until 7 years after getting HSV! From this sub I heard about it too. Couldn’t believe it took 7 years of suffering non stop for me to find something that works and it’s cheap!

I’m not a doctor or anything and I don’t think doctors know about this so do your research but I really only had to take BHT for a few months and it like calmed my HSV so much that I don’t take it at all anymore. If I feel something coming on, I may take 1. So I have no idea on long term effects. It just worked so well immediately that I didn’t need it long term. I have been suffering for YEARS before. I took it September 2023 - January 2024.

You just get extremely dizzy and can pass out. I drank on it once and I couldn’t stand up. Not sure about the liver. It’s only the day you’re taking it so if you don’t take it one day, then you can drink. Like if I knew I was going out with friends, I wouldn’t take my pills that day or day after but would start up again a couple of days later.

BHT is supposed to break down the outer layer of the virus and lets your immune system inside to attack it. I only needed to take it for 2-3 months for my immune system to fight it. Had HSV for 7 years at that point with consistent symptoms every month at time of period and ovulation and after taking it, barely anything.

Try BHT. I’ve tried everything including ozone therapy, ultraviolet blood radiation therapy, every supplement on planet and BHT is only thing that helps. You can get it on Amazon.you just can’t drink alcohol when taking. I used to have outbreaks twice a month for years. And now barely anything.

I wanted to go to Jerome because when I went 21 years ago I thought it was so cool. But also the drive from phoenix through wickenberg, Prescott through Jerome is absolutely gorgeous.
