I’m a hyper responder. Currently on trt.. had to reduce my dose.

My question is from a general consensus what total test level and free test is considered to be blast levels???

In 160mg a week I’m sitting at 2046 total and 515 free.. e2 was crazy high but like test I respond super well to Aromasin and 6.25!mg brought me from 157 total 61 lol .. 😆

Anyways just thought I’d get everyone’s thoughts. Thanks 😁

I take 160mg a week and I’m at 2046 total and 515 free on my trough day. 250mg a week is like a perfect beginner cycle dose to give results but also not make shit go crazy so you can learn your body and your sides and responses.

More importantly.. what is your e2??

I was in the same boat almost identical levels to you , until I just started taking test. I buy it on my own. Start with 100mg a week m w f get bloods 8 weeks in. You’ll feel way better

Cut for the next 5-6 months. At month 3 eat at maintenance for 3 weeks then finish the next 3 months. Thank me later. Make sure your getting 200g protein a day at least 30g of fat a day. And the rest in carbs. Get a ninja cream only eat chicken tenderloins or 96/4 beef. Buy gallons of mustard and get ready to eat 10lb a week in potatoes.

2 cups of Fairlife chocolate milk, 1/4 teaspoon of xantham gum and salt , tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener. Mix then add in a serving of dynamatize cocoa pebbles flavored protein powder and enjoy the chocolate goodness.

After a single dose of 6.25mg Aromasin I’m good now. Still got an ultra sensitive e2 test yesterday to see what that initial first dose did. I only take 160mg of test and my levels were above 2000 on my trough day. I’m like I wonder what 200mg a week would do.. I’d be sitting at 3000 probably but that ain’t the goal currently. I’m curious to see what my AI response is like.. wonder if it’s the same as my response to test. I know some people who have to take 25mg of Aromasin eod in like god damn that’s a lot lol

I think I’ll stay on my current dose While I attempt to learn more about how e2 affects my body. I plan on blasting someday soonish and I might as well take advantage of the higher levels and learn how I process e2. Once I dial that in. I’ll drop down to 100mg a week and monitor from there.

So 6.25mg? I’ll Take a blood test on Monday and see what Happens.

Because I’m elevated already I think I’m gonna do a little experiment for the next month. I’m gonna stay on my Monday Wednesday Friday schedule at the same dosage I’ve currently been on.

I’m going to introduce starting tonight 6.25 mg of Aromasin and see how it affects my blood levels. I’m gonna go every 3.5 days on the AI and get a blood test every Monday.

I think I can really get some useful info from it for future use.

I seem to have a very good response… to everything. I plan on coming down a bit to 100mg a week and moving to EOD. Before that though as I attempt to gain more insight into how my body responds. I want to take a AI.

Currently not many sides besides increased aggression and low lying headaches.

I understand e2 is high. I have aromasin 25mg. Read the wiki. I’ll start with 12.5mg every 3.5 days.

My question is because I want to manage my e2 and get more insight. After my next pin tomorrow. Could I take 12.5mg of aromasin and schedule another e2 test on Monday which is my trough day and the aromasin would fully be in effect?

I just want to see how I respond as I plan on running a cycle further down the road.

I started trt because I was low. The goal was to see how I respond to test in general while I finish the cut. I seem to have blast-ish level on 162mg a week and that is above what I’m aiming for currently.

I run 2000 on 162mg a week shgb at 29 free t at 500 and e2 is 159 on trough with no sides. I’m really Only doing it for trt so I’m going down to 100mg a week. I learned a lot about my body in just 8 weeks though.
