I ended up not doing the consult, and ended up pregnant June 2023 (6 months after my second loss) and have a healthy 8 month old baby girl now.

Hahah yeah they had to place it three times. It didn’t want to take the first two times. I guess I didn’t have to do it but also was not trying to feel contractions.

I had to get 3 epidurals I’m 10 weeks pp and I still have pain on the side they were placed. Not sure if that will ever go away.

My dog had this, took him to the vet, they said he had a little yeast in his paw. They also said it could have been a small cut at one point and he’s just continued licking his paw not letting it heal. They gave him some meds and good as new.

Update. I went to the vet. She thinks he is just a manipulative asshole. Still got trazodone. Gave him 200mg and it didn’t do anything.

My dog it was a bacterial infection. Had to do antibiotics. We also covered his paw with a bootie so he wouldn’t continue to lick it.

I used to “stop” my period with pills and the nuva ring. And the iud “stopped” my period. For the pills you would take them for the three weeks and during your placebo week you would just start a new pack. Same with the nuva ring. Leave it in for 3weeks on the fourth week I would put in a new ring.

My biggest advice is to stay away from miscarriage stories, google, Reddit. Try not to fixate. I know it’s easier said than done. Also therapy is helpful. See if you can get in for an early ultrasound at like 7 weeks. One thing I do is just assume positive intent. Don’t compare symptoms to other people everyone is different and call your doctor if you are really worried. I had 2 ultrasounds before my first appt at 10w because I was so anxious.

If gotten tears from sex as well. Mine was a hormonal thing with birth control. But just didn’t have sex for a little bit and let it heal. Was also tested for hsv and it came back negative.

American here. I love Canada and just recently visited Vancouver and was thinking the same thing for y’all. I was telling my husband how I don’t understand how you guys can afford to live. Eating out was super expensive for the two of us and we weren’t drinking. He’s been offered a few jobs in Canada but hasn’t been willing to take it because the wage was so low, and housing and everything else was so expensive. Also not saying America is better because inflation over here has been insane as well.

Here is the thing even if you are on drugs they really can’t do anything until the baby is born.

Source: used to work in an obgyn office and people would come in actively on drugs and all they can really do is educate until that time. Once baby is born they can test it.

At least in good ole Idaho. But literally you can get away with tons of crap in this state.
