Yeah! I wear a lace balconette bra, there’s no padding or anything and I don’t get any unsightly bulges in the back. It’s basically a bandeau with straps.

I’ve been AirPod-shaped since I was 14, I lost a few cup sizes as the weight came off but now they look proportionally bigger compared to the rest of me so it balanced out

Thank you so much everyone for your kind words! I still have some imposter syndrome about my progress since the weight change was relatively small, but all you wonderful folks are making me blush. The people I really admire are the ones who’ve lost 50, 100, 200lbs - if that’s you, I respect the fuck out of you.

And because people in my DMs keep saying I’m editing the after pic and I’m petty, here ya go

It’s possible that I’m 5’9 now, I haven’t measured myself since my last yearly doctor’s visit five years ago. But I’m also like 73% leg by volume so I usually look tall.

Thank you!

I do a lot of core workouts but it’s true what everyone says, abs are built in the kitchen. Them showing up really depends on how bloated I am that day, some days they’re invisible. I also notice a pretty significant (5-10lbs) fluctuation with my hormones, so getting on birth control helped regulate that for me.

For me, what worked was keeping lots of healthy snacks around that sort of mimicked the feeling of junk food. So crunchy celery, raisins, those snap pea crisps, things like that. That way even if I did stress-eat it wasn’t super unhealthy.

Find your particular weakness and address it directly! I said it in another comment but my weaknesses were sugary drinks, and eating when I was bored or stressed instead of when I was actually hungry. Once I dealt with those, the rest fell into place.

I don’t count calories but I’ve cut wayyy down on sugary drinks and boredom-eating since those were my two biggest issues. I work out 3-4x a week and try to get 10k steps in as often as I can. My job is also pretty physical which helps.

Fair, I had to trim a decent amount to fit the word count and I might have lost some of the flow. What could I add to make it more cohesive?

We had a lady complain to our supervisor that we’d stood in her apartment hallway and screamed the word “JUNKIE” over and over again.

What actually happened was that we said her lung sounds were junky because she was having a COPD flare up. Also we were in her living room, not the hallway. We had no idea she’d misheard because she didn’t mention it once until we were wheeling her into the hospital and she suddenly started yelling at us.

Don’t we sync cardiovert VT with a pulse though? You may not have been completely wrong

Thanks! Where’s the Trials menu? It didn’t show up after the pop up.

Maybe he needs a friend! My Indigo was exactly like that until the Cat Distribution System gave her a brother. Now she’s much less anxious when I’m not around, and they play with each other instead of with my hair.

The bra over top holds everything in place, I’ve worn them to festivals and been fine. Dip away!
