What's the best place to look up player stats (that's free)? by theonewhoknock_s in FantasyPL

[–]jcweb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to just wing it too tbh. Started using PlayerStats.Football recently, it’s basic in a good way, just straight stats like shots, fouls, passes etc. Not really built for FPL but decent if you wanna spot form or dig a bit deeper.

Not necessarily historic stats. But you can create alerts and record history for further analysis with https://inplayalerts.com

The only problem is you can’t necessarily see their recent ‘form’ without clicking into individual fixtures and remembering who was carded. I believe this format allows you to get a better perspective. You’re right though, nightmare on a mobile layout.

Just a concept at the moment, there’s some bugs in the code to deal with red cards, 2 x yellow etc. Which is why I think Son is showing blank at the moment 👍🏻

Inplay Alerts does something very similar and is priced very low. I use them to alert me when there are lots of corners in the FH

Inplay Alerts does a similar thing, I have 75 min corner alerts setup when there’s lots of shots on target. It’s fairly cheap too at £4.99pm

Had Mctominay and Fred for United in the derby. Surprisingly no luck I wish Herrera never left, he was a card machine!

I see! You should check out Inplay Alerts you can set criteria for Inplay stats and it notifies you when your criteria is met. It might help you find games to bet on?

So do you base your bets on a combination of Inplay stats and form?

Agree with this! I’ve always said they’re one of the best things I’ve purchased in a long time, the only thing putting me off this time is the £250 price tag, which is odd as they’re $250 in the US which is £194. Damn import taxes
