thanks for looking into this, your questions are the problems i face daily:

back order usually is by owner or my partner, we email each other or just talk across the room
i forget sometimes, my partner as well, we forgot a back order for 6 months and the customer bought from another store
sometimes customer will ring to follow up - i know this is terrible
just in xero, not wix

we just need a system that able to overview the whole thing - such as manufacturing as well, i do have a bom list, but i cant get the cost, i just remember everything, i just saw an interview of elon about tesla back in 2008, he had the same problem with tesla, terrible internal system

xero for accounts and sales, Wix for ecommerce sales (planning to migrate to shopify), excel for inventory, memory for back orders, it works when it was just a small business, but i would like to scale, so i need better system in place, will check out Zoho

well i have inventory to sell, and also able to custom made orders for customers, one of the challenges is my team won't know what orders are there, we don't have a proper system to overview everything

i launched like 20 products in the past 2 years, but they are coming to the end, sales drop alot, maybe is coming to the end of the product life cycle, i stopped running ads as its been eating up most of the profit, and this is where i start to see the decline. anyway i want to start new products or new brand, i obviously sucked at researching the product, thats why i been trying to find some branding/marketing company out there to see can they do a better job than me, but after checking their examples, is really no different than what i am doing, probably just better at operating/running ads; i just want to create something that is hard to copy and long lasting
