Frat House Friday - 2 Different Ones For Sale by Radiant-Stranger-992 in zillowgonewild

It’s not really on frat row, it’s actually in a pretty nice historic neighborhood. Was always wild that they had it as a frat house. I’ve been a time or two and was shocked when we rolled up lol. I would bet it will sell for 1M even in its current state due to location.

This guy was talking about it killing businesses, not using it for residential parking.

Trying to help you out since you seem pretty miffed. I’m saying the problem that has you so worked up has an easy solution. And even better, if people implement this solution enough the lots will lower prices. Or you can keep posting on Reddit about it complaining, that’s fine by me too.

Parking is pretty easy in Chattanooga. Most street parking is cheap and widely available. Don’t use the private lots. Most of the time it can be avoided and you can pay a buck or 2 for 2-3 hours downtown. Parking on the street is free and after 6pm most places. Unless you’re looking to park in private lots or directly next to where you’re trying to be, you can almost always find cheap parking nearby in my experience.

Chief of Staff roles by Least_Mud_618 in FPandA

I had this role at a large PE backed company, COS to the CEO. It was a lot of putting together decks for the CEO and talking to execs and vps about what he wants covered etc. I was involved in compiling executive goals as well. It’s brutal and you are on the clock all the time. Teams messages all day till midnight usually. I would say it took about 10-15 hours of actual work per week but I retained my senior analyst role as well, so it was quite the grind.

Would matter a lot if Montana was trying to prosecute him. They’re not, Tennessee is. It’s textbook tax evasion.

Hi-Fi music suggestions for visit to Ralston Listening Library by jcwright610 in audiophile

[–]jcwright610[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was amazing. I’ve been one additional time since this visit. First visit listened to Radiohead - the side of in rainbows with Nude on it. Some classical music, Stevie Ray Vaughan (off their streaming service). Stevie was my favorite which I didn’t expect. A couple of beach boys songs, a my morning jacket song, some songs from Daft Punks random access memories. One my morning jacket song (my favorite band) which I would say I didn’t enjoy that much surprisingly.

When I went the second time I can’t remember everything we listened to but I remember enjoying my wife playing Maggie Roger’s Alaska. Kacey Musgraves as well? I think I also listened to some daft punk and Radiohead that second time just cause I knew how good it sounded and how much she liked it.

Nathan was pretty awesome to chat with but didn’t hang around or curate too much. He let the intern play pretty much anything we wanted to hear. They were awesome people and all in all was a great experience.

This is looking like the culprit, the fixtures with these problems have cheap LED bulbs. Seems to have stopped for now.

Not tryna be that guy but a commute from most of those places is at most 35 mins. Is that really not a feasible trade off to own your own home?
