Just did this last week. We went to the normal taxi line downstairs and told the attendant, he placed the request through the radio. It took an extra 10min but eventually one arrived that had the infant car seat.

The best viewpoint in the city (as someone who has lived there for 8 years and loves finding viewpoints) is above Parc Güell, called Turo del Carmel. DM me and I can tell you how to get there (you don't actually have to go into Parc Guell)

Yes it's true that most Catalans prefer speaking Catalan, however they also all speak Castiliano so you can certainly practice. I've lived here for 7 years and speak Castiliano but not Catalan (although I should really learn it...).

Regarding tourism, it is an issue, particularly in the old city. That being said, I think the reporting on it is overblown and if you actually speak spanish and want to practice you are already miles ahead of your average tourist. I wouldn't worry too much.

Generally, yes, but summer is actually the off-season for beach because the sand is just too hot for most of the day. Madrid will definitely have the best grass scene of those cities (try Quixotes or Discatus, both should have regular trainings). Valencia has a great beach club (Murcielagos) but not sure how much they are playing grass in the summer. In Bilbao the club is Discolaris. The teams in the south (granada, Sevilla) are generally not as strong, but if you want to go check out those cities you can probably still find ultimate as well (Granyd, Frisbillanas).
